Queens & North Shore Nassau
Buy or sell with someone who knows the block.
I am Laura Fox. I have spent my career selling co-ops, condos and houses across Queens and the North Shore — the kind of market where the building, the board and the block matter as much as the listing.
Where I work
All of Queens, plus the North Shore of Nassau County.
Bayside
A low-rise pocket of northeast Queens with a mix of detached houses, garden co-ops and newer condos.
Flushing
One of the densest and most transit-connected parts of Queens, with the borough’s deepest condo inventory.
Forest Hills
Pre-war co-op buildings and the Tudor architecture of Forest Hills Gardens, on express subway lines.
Astoria
Northwest Queens, minutes from Manhattan, with a wide mix of pre-war walk-ups and new condo construction.
Long Island City
The borough’s high-rise waterfront, with the newest condo inventory and the shortest commute in Queens.
Jamaica Estates
A hilly, tree-lined enclave of detached houses on unusually large lots for Queens.
How I work
I take on fewer clients than most agents so I can actually be present for each one. You deal with me, not a team member you have never met.
Co-op boards, condo bylaws, and the difference between two buildings on the same street are where deals are won or lost here. That is the part I am good at.
Straight answers
If a place is wrong for you, I will say so. If your asking price is not realistic, I will show you the comparable sales rather than tell you what you want to hear.
It is a slower way to build a business and a much better way to end up with clients who send their friends.
